We do not accept any cancellations of orders after your order has been placed with the vendor. So please think carefully before ordering.

Order proof:

• A photo-proof of successful order will be emailed to you within 5 working days after this Preorder/Group Order closes.

Release date changes:

• It is common for release dates to get delayed. When this happens, the estimated ship-out date will also be re-adjusted.

• In this case, Hanasakushop will send out email notifications and make announcements on our social media channels (Twitter and Instagram) regarding the delays.

Initial manufacture defects (if any):

Unfortunately, we are simply functioning as a GOM or proxy for these preorders and group orders.

• In any case if there are any initial manufacture defects (e.g., minor scratches or misprints) present on the preordered item(s), we will not be able to issue you any refunds or exchanges.

• That said, we will of course do our best to package the preordered item(s) with proper protection (e.g., bubble wrap and cardboard backing) to prevent any damages to the goods when being transported from hanasakushop to you.

If Group Order fails:

• A FULL REFUND will be issued for the affected product if hanasakushop fails to secure the product.

• Even after the order has been placed, there may still be a low possibility of the vendor cancelling orders on their end. Most of the time, this is due to the items being restricted for sale overseas due to copyright issues. In this case, your order will also be fully refunded.

If In-stock items + Preorder items are checked out together:

• The in-stock item(s) will not be shipped out until the preordered item with the latest release date has arrived at hanasakushop.

• If you want your in-stock item(s) to be shipped out immediately, please separate your in-stock and preorder item(s) by splitting them into two different checkouts.

If multiple Preorder items with different release dates are checked out together:

• The preordered item(s) will not be shipped out until the preordered item with the latest release date has arrived at hanasakushop.

Cancellations

• We do not accept any cancellations of preorders or withdrawal from group orders once orders have been confirmed and placed with the vendor. Please think carefully before you order!!

Is second payment required?

• Nope, payment charged to you during preorder is already inclusive of all charges (Item fee + Proxy fee + Domestic Shipping fee + International Shipping fees for shipping to you). This means that once the preordered item(s) have arrived at hanasakushop, they will be shipped out immediately to you. No second payment is needed.

• In any case if shipping fees were under-charged initially during preorder, hanasakushop will cover the shipping fee difference.

• Preorder Starting Date: The date when Hanasakushop will start taking in preorders.

• Preorder Closing Date: The date when Hanasakushop will stop taking in preorders.

• Release Date: The date or period when the preordered item(s) will be released locally in the country of the preordered item(s).

• Estimated Ship-out Period: An estimated period* when Hanasakushop will ship out your preordered item(s). (For e.g., early/mid/end-Nov.)

NOTE: *Your order might not be shipped out on this date if your order consists of preordered items with multiple dates of release. In this case, your order will be shipped out after the preordered item(s) with the latest release date has reached us.
