General Questions
Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
No, it is totally optional for you to create an account with us. :) You do not have to create an account to make a purchase.
However, we would recommend you to create an account with us if you would like to return for more purchases. ^^ It allows you to track your purchases.
Are the goods sold in the store official?
All character goods are 100% official and licensed.
They are bought directly from authorized Japanese, Chinese, and Singapore distributors.
Are the merchandise sold used?
While we are a second-hand merch store, most of the items are 100% brand new and unused.
As the owner of this store, I am a collector of oshi goods myself but most of the time, these goods often come in box sets so here I am selling goods of other characters to people who oshi them more than me :)
If ever there are items that are used, they will be reflected in the product listing description.
Why does the price for goods of the same line-up differ from one another?
Price of similar items can differ with 2 reasons:
- Certain characters depicted in the merchandise is of extreme high popularity in comparison to other characters in the same merchandise line-up. In this case, we would price the items based on the characters' popularity and demand.
- There are scratches or stains on the item, that is why it might be cheaper in comparison to other similar goods that are in perfect condition.
Also, you don't have to worry of getting the ones with scratches on accident. We will always put up an extra photo for you to examine the item's condition if we deem it to be even slightly damaged. We will also mention about the item's condition in the product description.
Order-related questions
How long will my order take to ship out?
Orders will be mailed every Sunday (GMT+8/SGT).
The order cut-off time for each week will be Friday, 12pm (GMT+8/SGT).
Any orders made after this cut-off time will be mailed on the Sunday of the following week.
Do you accept exchange and returns?
We do not accept any exchange and returns sadly. :/ You'll get what you see as per the product photos.
We would of course take on the responsibility to ensure that your items are securely packaged and protected to prevent the damage of your goods from improper shipment handling.
Do you charge taxes?
We do not collect taxes for all orders.
If your country applies GST or VAT to overseas purchases, you'll need to pay the applicable taxes to your local postal service or shipment handler when the order arrives at your country before final delivery or collection.

How much does it cost to ship to my country?
We'll be using our local post for international shipping.

I did not receive any shipping notification or tracking number...
A shipping notification will always be sent to the email you've included at checkout, right after we mail out your items. :)
If you don't see the email:
Check your spam or junk mail first to see if it's there. :)
If it isn't there, we sincerely apologise for that.
Please send us a message using the contact form or email us at hanasakushoppu@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you your tracking number as soon as possible.
My parcel has been returned to the sender...
If you had provided us with a wrong address or if you have missed delivery multiple times, your package may be returned to us.
In this case, once hanasakushop has received the returned package, we will contact you about it via email to discuss how the case should be handled.
