Orders will be mailed every Sunday (GMT+8).
The order cut-off time for each week will be Friday, 12pm (GMT+8). Any orders made after this cut-off time will be mailed on the Sunday of the following week.

Check your spam or junk mail first to see if it's there. :)

If it isn't there, we sincerely apologise for that.

Send us an email or fill in this form here (https://hanasakushop.com/pages/contact-form) and we'll email you your shipping details as soon as possible. :)

We do not accept any exchange and returns sadly. :/ You'll get what you see as per the product photos.

We would of course take on the responsibility to ensure that your items are securely packaged and protected to prevent the damage of your goods from improper shipment handling.

Getting a refund depends on the method of shipping you opt for.

If you chose to opt for unregistered mailing:
We regret to inform you that refunds will not be made if your mail goes missing after we mailed out the item. So choose this option at your own risk. Assess if your local post is reliable enough before choosing this option.

If you chose to opt for registered mailing:
Registered mail provides a limited compensation for lost mail of up to SGD$68. If your registered mail from Hanasakushop ever goes missing, kindly contact us and we will file for a claim from Singapore Post. After receiving the claim, Hanasakushop will proceed to refund you the amount.

That being said, after the package leaves Hanasakushop, it is beyond our control. We will not be liable for any missing mail, especially if the mail is unregistered. Of course, we sincerely hope for all packages to reach our beloved customers safe and sound. :))
