Shipment Delays due to COVID-19

Due to strict border controls and restrictions on international travel, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to and from Singapore to all international destinations.

With that, please also do understand that preordered goods might take a longer time to reach us as well. We will do our very best to carefully choose the shipment option that will have the least amount of shipment delay, so that we can receive the goods as soon as possible after their release in Japan, and in turn mail them to you. 

In the worst case scenario where shipping delays are severe (meaning goods are stuck in Japan and cannot reach Hanasakushop) or postal services are suspended in your country, a full refund (inclusive of shipping fees that you have paid previously) will be given for your preordered items. 

While we can't do much to control this situation, Hanasakushop will do its best to ensure that your packages are properly sanitised and packed securely before posting them.
