You will see 2 options being reflected as "Free" at checkout. Please do not select that option if it appears as they are meant for customers who purchase both card products and other regular merch (to ensure that they don't get double charged for card and package mailing).
I am terribly sorry for the confusion but this is the only way I can offer card mailing rates (which is cheaper than package mailing) to my customers.
Are the goods sold in the store official?
All character goods are 100% official and licensed.
They are bought directly from authorized Japanese, Chinese, and Singapore distributors.
Are the merchandise sold used?
While we are a second-hand merch store, most of the items are 100% brand new and unused.
As the owner of this store, I am a collector of oshi goods myself but most of the time, these goods often come in box sets and blinds; so here I am selling goods of other characters to people who oshi them more than me :)
If ever there are items that are used, they will be reflected in the product listing description.
How long will my order take to ship out?
Orders will be mailed every Sunday (GMT+8/SGT).
The order cut-off time for each week will be Friday, 12pm (GMT+8/SGT).
Any orders made after this cut-off time will be mailed on the Sunday of the following week.
